Hi every 1,
I have a user that has been created with the logon name of GMA and needs to be JMA , is there anyway i can change this without deleting the user and recreating the user, i can do this though AD ? not sure about the email address though? i would have to rename the user's home area to,and re apply rights?

Thanks for any help

Regards

J.

if it is just the login ID, yes, and for the SMTP address, you can modify that to anything you want.
But, if you want every single last bit to reflect this change, you are better of exporting his/her E-Mail and recreating the user.

You should take the course BEFORE you start working on Exchange, BEFORE you make a major mistake!
To import old mails, you need to export them first, easiest using a PST.
