changing all users password on cisco router

how to check all users on cisco router and change all password, to make sure that no one can access it unless knows the password . so please give me all ways.

I know the old passwords. I don't need to recover.

Oh---and
router>en
router#conf t
router(config)#no serv password-enc

The secret will still be encrypted, and uncrackable, so if you need it changed, then change it by
router(config)#enable secret (password)
