Changing Abbr Dial Buttons assignment on Mulitple Phones

Is there a way to change the abbr dial assignments on multiple phones?

I sometimes have to change the button on multiple phones, 10-30, I've searched this forum and the Internet but have not found an answer.

I have also looked at ASA to see if there were a way to import but didnt see anything.

Is there a way? Did I miss something in ASA?

Any news would be appreciated, both good and not so good.

See thread690-1507187 and check out the reply by Duaneness. This will tell you what phones have the button assignment. Consider making the button a group or system abbrv dial button, then you can just change it in the group or system list and it would be changed on all users.

Thanks Susan,

Thats just what I was looking for.

I was able to create a few station templates and modify them so that the only thing being changed were the speed dial button assignment numbers.

Occasionally we get request to change the speed dial buttons on a phone because a particular group is now answering phones for a different customer.
