We have a Nortel CS1000M, I forget how to determine the software version. :+)
A Tech at AT&T has suggested that I clean up a caller-ID problem affecting incoming calls, in the following manner: He says to change the PRI config to send "National ISDN" instead of "subscriber" or "local" in the Nature of Number INformation Element field on an outbound PRI call to our providing network.
I've found the route data block for the T-1's in question, and they have NATL set to YES (printed from LD 21). Is this what he's talking about, anybody know?
Thanks for any consideration!
