Upgrade from 4.1 to 7.0, with PRI, went smooth except for a couple issues.
Calls in day mode used to ring to the receptionist and Night mode would ring to Auto Attendant on the CallPilot. Dial 0 would be routed to the General Delivery Mailbox.
Calls in night mode are now ringing to the operator and callers are routed to the receptionists personal mailbox (221). From what I'm told, messages from the General Delivery Mailbox auto fowarded to the receptionists mailbox 221.
What changed, and how do I program re-program the PRI to be answered by the auto attendant?
How do I get dial 0 calls to route to the General Delivery Mailbox and then foward to 221?
