Ok, so I'm pretty sure I made a little mistake here, but I'm not quite sure how to fix it, and in hindsight realize what I should have done. Here's a little background to my sitiation:

My office recently moved to a new location and our ISP and all public IPs changed. I inherited a mess of a DNS configuration with several domains, one hosted internally, and several others registerd and hosted by several different registrars. Here is my dilemma:

I changed the IP address on my (BIND 9.2.4) DNS server for my internally hosted domain, and updated my zone files accordingly. My registrar says that the authoritative server for "mydomain.com" is "mydns.mydomain.com," which is correct. The problem is, of course, they think the IP for "mydns.mydomain.com" is the OLD IP address. Now that I've painted myself into this corner, how do I fix it so that my internally hosted DNS can update the Internet DNS servers with its new address?

I do not have access to the old ISP, and therefore cannot bring my DNS up on the old network and do a nice transfer.

If you need any more info, let me know. All outbound DNS (resovlving, surfing, etc.) is working, so the server in question is definitely working as far as that goes.

I figured it out. Part of the problem is the customer support at my registrar was totally clueless. Once I stopped listening to them, I was able to figure it out. They told me there was no way to change my IP address on their site, but after digging around their counterintuitive interface for an hour, I found where to do this.
