Change Video and Mouse Settings via VBS script

I am attempting to find away to change video and mouse settings via VBScript. I have a KVM switch that prefers a certian display and mouse settings before use. I would like to find away to script these changes so i do not have to do it manually everytime i use the switch.

Any one done this before?
