Hi all
Normally when our users are sat in one of our two separate offices, their outgoing calls go through the ISDN trunks on their site. Presumably selected for them based on being in the same IP-Network-Region as the DS1 boards. But now everyone is working from home, so they are in an IP-Network-Region set up for VPN user addresses, and all are defaulting to use the ISDN trunks in office 1 (NR1). So 2 issues: their outgoing calls are presenting the wrong CLI, and that Trunk Group is filling up and is at or near capacity all day, while the other is only in use for inbound calls to that site.
Any ideas how I can address this? We use 9 to attain an outside line - can I configure 9 to use a specific TAC, then set up 8 to use a different TAC? Then get users to use 9 at one site so their own CLI presents on their outbounds, and use 8 at the other? (I know they're not "on site" as such now they are working from home, but by site I mean the office they normally work in)
Thanks
