Hi I have a simple chart with the legend definition being displayed on the right of the main chart display. The chart is working correctly but I would like to change what is displayed for each legend if possible. The legend currently is Count of Table.Autos, Count of Table.Trucks and I would like to change it to Count of Autos, Count of Trucks.
Thanks.

What version of CR are you using? In CR XI, you can right click on the legend label->edit axis label->and enter an alias display name.

Hi, I think it is version 10, that comes with VS2005.
here is the version info.
Crystal Reports AAC60-G0CSA4B-V7000AY
Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2005
I also have the stand alone crystal reports developer (version 9).
Thanks.

So do you have the option that I suggested above?

Hi thanks for the additional response. I openned it with version 9 and right clicked on the legend label but did not see the edit axis label option, just menu items such as Chart, Chart Expert, Chart Options, Format Chart, Auto Arrange Chart, Move, Size and Position, Save as Template, Tendlines, Cut, Copy, Delete, Cancel Menu. I tried with VS2005 and it does not allow you to select the legend label.
Possibly there is not a way to change it with the current version I have.

An old workaround, if the legend location is stable, is to insert a text box with a white background over the existing legend, and type in the desired legend label.
