Change Temp & Pagefile locations?

Change the temp and tmp enviroment variables. Right click on my computer > properties.

Right click on My Computer... Ok, I can get to system properties, and I understand where the Environment Variables are located, but I tried to do this earlier and it was different from XP. I have the swap file thing under control, I don't know why I put that in the title. It's just the default temp location I'm concerned about. Do you have a step by step plan for this?
