Change table in form prporty 1

Hi Kindi,
Please open your form in design view and double-click in the top left corner of the form screen (little black square) This will pop up the forms properties dialog. Find the Data tab and find the "Record Source". You should see your old table name there. Select your new table name, and providing you haven't changed field names too, you'll be on your way!
