Change system time on Option11?

I know this is a relatively easy one (I can't find my notes) but I need to adjust the system time on my Option11, does anyone know offhand the LD and the show time and change time codes?

ttad (shows the time)
stad dd mm yyyy hh mm ss (sets the time)

are you in the UK, if so i have some notes on setting the switch to change the time for spring and winter automatically..
let me know if you want them
