Dear All,
This is a repost of an older question that no one replied to, but I think I have more information to go on now.
I have some DECT cordless phones on a DMC8 card which show up as analogue extensions on our switch. If you directly call one of these handsets they ring fine, but if one of the attendants at the site receives an external call and then does an attended / announced transfer to the extension with a DECT phone on then the phone doesn't ring (but I see the caller ID on the display and can pick the call up).
I know with standard Digital handsets when an outside call is received on one extension and then transferred to another phone the person who is receiving the transfer will here an external ringing tone rather than the internal one. Is there any way that this behaviour can be changed?
Thanks for any help you can provide - I really appreciate it.
Phil.
