i think im being an idiot here,

i cannot rember how to change the postmaster email address within exchange 2003,

currently its using postmaster@domain.local i want to change it to the proper dns name.

Thanks

Nath

I'm confused - isn't that the definition of the postmaster address? It's an implicit address that the system uses as the 'sender' of system generated messages (NDRs etc).

Add a second SMTP address with the correct dns name and set it as the primary address.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!
