Hi,

It's possible to change an outlook user-defined form ?
How do i do that ?

Thanks
Ricardo

Not sure I understand you completely. Do you want to modify an already custom designed form? Or, do you want to create your own form? Or something different?

In Outlook, go to TOOLS>FORMS>DESIGN A FORM. When you're done making changes, click on the (PROPERTIES) tab, and increase the version number. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

When you're done, you can publish it back to it's original location. Clicking SAVE AND CLOSE, FILE>SAVE, or FILE SAVE AS won't do what you need. You need to do TOOLS>FORMS>PUBLISH FORM or TOOLS>FORMS>PUBLISH AS
