Change name format in AD

Hi,

Need to change the default name space in AD for when I create the users in AD...believe the default is FirstName Surname...I need to change it to Surname, Firstname

I know its in ADSI edit somewhere but can't find it!>!>!>! help...

WHy wouldnt you just edit the Display name as that is what is displayed for user info?

I don't know sir...I guess its broke.

We have changed this as it makes it a lot easier if it is set in the naming convention that you have when new accounts are setup instead of having to modify display names manually. Also the Name field will be set to your naming convention if you change this which makes it easier to see in AD.
