I have a customer with a Definity V9 that uses autodial buttons to access voicemail. One ~p used to be perfect with their Definity Audix. After changing to a different VM system, one ~p isn't long enough, and two is just a bit longer than needed. What setting is it that determines the time of the ~p pause?

you can not change this value as far as I know, sorry.

thats not what he is asking for, that will only add more pause, he wants to change the default value and I believe it is set at 1.5 seconds per ~p
value
