Change IRQ default on Netelligent Controller

Dear all,

i have the famous IRQ 5 resource sharing problems on the server. One is occupied for a sound card and the other is for Netelligent 10/100 TX PCI Embedded UTP Coax Controller. Both use IRQ 5 for default. I can't change the irq from sys config, if i change one (either the sound card or the netelligent) the other automatically changed to the same interrupt. So with the manual settings. Are these card to be destined to share same interrupt forever? Please help

Below the server's spec, all with its latest firmware and software :
Windows 2000 Professional
Compaq Prosignia 200 (P05) PII 300
Creative Sound Card
Riva TNT2 VGA Card

Most people don't need sound cards in a Server, so a easy fix would be to remove or disable the sound card.

For curiosity sake there's must be a way to settle this. I think you go to F10 during boot up and see whether u can setup the correct IRQ.. Maybe there's such a way to put manual not automatic for taking IRQ from the PCI system. Then tell us how did you do it..
