Open Notes Designer (R5) and file open the database in question. From the Recent Databases listing, select the plus sign (+) to the left of Resources and select Other. From the main window, double click on the 'Icon' entry. The Design Icon window will now display and you can edit free hand, or alternatively, paste an existing icon image from your clipboard.
