Change GMT hour

Hello everyone, due to an aplication I have here, I need tho change the GMT hour in all servers and add 60 minutes to GMT hour.

I already do the command date -u mmddhhmm, but if I do a reboot after this I lost my changes.

No I can not change TIMEZONE to WET.

Can someone help me in a way to prevent this? Virgilio Valente
