Our Canton MA office is moving to Foxboro (where some lousy team plays some kind of sport) and their extensions, as well as entire DID will change to a new number. Currently they use our voice mail VIA tie line, and we can call their extensions directly. I've verified their new extension range will not conflict with ours. Added the new range in their numbering plan. However, when I tried to build one of the new ones on a test phone, I got error message 'shorter directory number already exists'. Since this new range starts with a 1, could it be a SCL (they don't use it) that starts with a 1? Also, this SCL matches one we have here, so will that cause a problem? Also, will I need to do any programming in Call Pilot to make the new mailboxes? They are not moving until Sept., so I'm trying to get any programming done in advance that I can. Thanks, sign me: Colt's fan...

Thanks, did that with the following results:
PBX in MA has 1 as a SFP. (I don't know what that is)
The Indiana PBX has 19 as the SFP. So, can I change the one in MA and if I do what will that break, and will the 19 in my IN PBX keep me from dialing an extension that starts with a 1?
