Change default browser

Whenever we receive an email from yahoo, there is a pop saying that i have an e-mail, when I click that, a window popup saying:

program not found
This program is needed for opening files of type 'url:hypertext transfer protocol'

Last time, we have opera but now install. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Start IE, Tools, Internet Options, Programs, and assign Internet Explorer as the default browser.

Then click the button at the bottom of the Programs tab, 'Reset Web Settings.'

Actually, that's not too accurate. I go to file type under folder option, tools in window explorer. thanks anyway.

It is perfectly accurate. You should not need to make file association entries directly.
