Change CCR Admin details

Is there a way to change the CCR Administrative account details - name, extension and email address?

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing CCR twice now, rebooting the server between each; upon re-installation CCR still displays the name of the Administrator that I'd like to change. Can't find anywhere to do this, or anything in the documentation.

Login with the ccr admin; on the main admin screen (where it shows status of various ccr thingies), go down and click on "show preference details" and you can change everything about the admin...

also within the ccr folder there is a small "from memory" an .exe file called something like " admin password" that is specifically for this task , i would advise running this file as by just changing the password it can create issues.

You cannot change the Administrator login name, just the password, email and extn.

The program you refer to Monty is for changing the password of the Ad user password of the AD user the Printer service is logged on as, not the CCR logins.
