hi!
with some Windex I think you want to get the "tab based navigation"
the naswer is not because ur using frames and this page will be re-used on the top....the nav system ur thinking of is baes on many pages where on each (new) page the nav_bar's default image is set.
eg
----mainpage---
=====================
link:link:link:linkX
=====================
-------------------
----linkX page------
============================
link:link:link:linkX
=============================
this your linkX page
---------------------
basically if u used imaged and no frames the pageX.html will have the link image always set for the state that differes than the other links (eg. above the link is bold vs . the resft of them)
