I'm trying to change the auto terminate to yes on an existing RDB, but I can't find the option for it. Not sure if I have out the RDB first and make a new one.

You should see it when you change your route in LD 16. I have pasted a demo below:

LD 16
REQ chg
TYPE rdb
CUST 0
ROUT 4
DES
TKTP
M911P
ESN
CNVT
SAT
RCLS
VTRK NO
DTRK YES
BRIP NO
DGTP PRI
ISDN YES
MODE

You have to have the route set to auto but you may have to remove all members first, then change the RDB to auto yes, and then add the trunks, the trunk is where you tell the system what DN to terminate to.

I did try to change the RDB but it didn't give me the option to change AUTO. Maybe I have to out the trunks first like Tim saids.

You may actually end up outing the route and rebuilding are these COTs?

Yes, these are COTS. If AUTO TERMINATE is set to NO, incoming calls will go to ATTENDANT, correct? I want to send the calls to the PVR key so I believe AUTO TERMINATE should be set to YES.

You can't send anything to PVR DNs except trunks in a route marked PRIV YES

AUTO YES means "on ring, the call goes to the Trunks ATDN".

If you _do not_ have an Attendant Console, trunks are _always_ in NITE, so you can just enter the extension at the NITE prompt on the trunk.

It sounds like you _do_ have an Attendant, so you're going to have to OUT all the trunks, out the Route, and rebuild it responding to AUTO=YES - then on the Trunks, set the ATDN as that extension you want to take the calls.

Don't go PVR unless you need the trunk to actually show up as a line on a phone. That's not what you want as far as I can tell. You just want it to ring at a DN

Just some things to ponder.

I actually want the trunk to appear and ring on the set.

So I'll program an RDB with:

PRIV yes
Auto yes

Trunk:

PRDN 12345

Set:
key 10 PVR 12345
