I need to setup a way for agents calling outbound to change their area code on the caller ID Display on a per-call basis.
I had intended to setup a 34 button phone with call appearances to phantom stations with ISDN Public set for all the different area codes they requested, and have them call from that one phone, but now I'm being asked to have agents be able to call from their desk and dial a code or some other feature to change their area code on the outbound display.
There are fixed number of area codes needed so I can pre-set them somehow. Any ideas?
