Change ACDN from an internal extension to an external number

I want to be able to change an ACDN (3601) which dials an internal extension (3140) to an external phone number. Is this possible?

Yes, get a new external number assigned for the ACD DN, then do a digit conversion in LD 49.

Do you mean the NCFW 3140, if this is what you mean then just chane NCFW to 9xxxxxxx
