Hi:

I need change this ACD to do this:
When agents are busy, the calls stay in queue for 30 sec, then goes to mailbox 2639
How I can do this?

how long is the wait prior to ringing 5090? overflow dn, you could use the ifdn..

you may want to set the ncfw to something, when all agent are logged out ncfw dest rings..

to get a 30 sec transfer to anything you will have to change the timers on both rans as well

We have 2 acd, with overflow between they,but, We want separate
So, I will delete the OVDN 5090..
Do I need set NCFW to Voicemail DN?
What timers are to set 30 sec before to call goes to voicemail?
