My ISP has a CGI bin for me to use but i'd like to know how to submit a information form to myself via email, so when the user clicks submit their details are sent to my email account

Yeah, here's a script to do just that, using the CGI library, and using sendmail, qmail or some similar program on the server:

There are several faqs in the Perl forum about sending emails from CGIs. 'hope this helps
