CFQuery can't connect but CF Admin DSN does

I have a new install of ColdFusion MX 6.1 on my system (Win2k). The DNS in question needs to connect to an instance of SQL Server 2k on another machine (external to the internal network). The DSN I created works just fine within ColdFusion Admin, but when I try to connect via a CFM page I get a simple "Data source not found" error. For some reason, I cannot get robust debugging working on this site, so I don't have any further info on the error.

1. Any idea why this would happen?
2. Any ideas on how to get debugging to work on this site (I'm using the IP of the machine in HTTP request as well as in the Coldfusion Admin panel)

Hmmm, right off the top of my head I would suggest verifying that the datasource specified in your query is called the same as it is in the CF Admin. Check for typos.

I've run into problems before trying to specify and IP address for debugging. Try taking out any IP addresses that may be listed in the CF Admin and see if that works.
