I need to send some config files but I can`t copy and paste them to my desktop, when I try to paste them they say that the files are not in the Manager folder.

They have a padlock symbol next to them when I open the Offline/Open file folder and I can open the configs,I need to find where they are saved so that I can forward them on to another party, they don`t appear in the Manager folder but .bak files are there.

I am using 9.0.2 860 and the configs I need to find are all from systems using the same, all my older configs are not affected.

The sooner Avaya re-write Manager to run on Linux the happier I will be :)
