I have a report that on certain records double spaces the detail line. I am running FPW 2.6a. The records that present the problem are the ones where an employee has overtime. The overtime hours print to the right of the regular hours. I've moved those ot hours to the left of the regular hours just to be certain its not a simple positional problem. Example of problem:

Employee Hours OT

smith, bob 38.00
newman, sally 40.00 4.00

lightman, sam 16.00

I have other versions of this same report running where this problem does NOT occur. I've compared these reports and don't find any unexplainable differences. Does anyone have a utility for report comparisons? I've also checked the data to be sure in production no blank records are present or anything unexpected like that. It does this on multiple printer types as well.

Any help/ideas is appreciated.

Looks like characters after the OT makes it wrap around.

Since you said FPW, can you check the printer driver? Microsoft advices that if you trouble with printing, change to RAW mode (in printer properies).

If you mean a report created with report writer, check that the last field isn't a formula. Also, in run time, it could be wrapping around due to some non proportional fonts. So simply try some fixed width fonts and a large enough margin.

Same thing for bespoke ecode.
