VDN report is showing -1 under the calls wait column. Could this be caused by BSR polling different locations, and dropping the call at the VDN level.

Concurrent to this is an ASA of 22 seconds.

I'm currently having the same problem with wierd calls waiting. Although our problem is not -1, its +1 with no waiting time (no call waiting either). After arguing with the avaya ticket taker that this was REALLY an issue, he finally sent it to tier 3 (under threat of billing me mind you). Tier 3 guy been watching it for a week and does occationally see the phantom call. We are trying to nail down what exactly is causing the problem but he did say that our ver need a patch that had something to do with call waiting.

You might wat to call it into avaya.
