CentreVu Supervisor v5.60.BM.03/Server Version r3v5ak.6

Assistance needed.....

We have a location that is currently running CMS server version r3v5ak.6 and are installing CentreVu Supervisor version 5.60.BM.03. What we are finding now is when we load the CentreVu supervisor version on a Windows 2000 machine we are getting the following error:

1. daleman error occurred in your application.
This gives you options to close or ignore. You hit
ignore and then you get the following.

2. Daleman caused a general protection fault in module
dale.dll at 003:2E3F choose close.daleman will close.

It will log you in but then when you try to log off the server it locks your whole machine up and you have to hard boot it. Has anyone come across this error? If so, any fixes?

I don't think V5 CentreVu Supervisor was designed to work on Windows 2000. Unfortunately, that is the only CVS package that will work with that version of CMS. Avaya dropped support for the V5 CMS last year.

R3V5 Supervisor is discontinued by Avaya. However I have used it on W2K even though it is not supported and a 16bit application. Make sure you are a Power user but it's more likely a conflicting application. No much help if it that....
