We are currently an all NT4 network. We will be upgrading to Windows 2000 over the next few months. We are running CentreVu Supervisor 6 in the call center. When we try to launch the CentreVu software on a 2000 machine, we get an error saying we need to be on SP3 or higher. It looks like the software recognizes the fact that it's NT based, but it can't tell that it's 2000 (basically NT5) not NT4. Does anyone know if there is a patch to fix this? I don't feel like spending $40K+ just to run it on 2000.
Thanks,
Tom
