I am running CentreVU with my Definity G3Si 9.5. Everytime it downloads the historical data I am getting an error that the Column Data has overflowed. I have asked the vendor about this and they say it is because the agents are not logging out. I went around each night for the past two weeks and made sure they were logging out and I still get the errors. My questions is "Will this go away???", or is there another problem.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Persistent Error 1107 Causing Message Window
The 1107 error is designed to warn the user when the switch display has overflowed, and cannot display the
quantity stored. This is most likely to be an agent who remains logged in for more than about 18 hours in a single
day. If this is not intentional, then the warning may be useful to the user. However, if this configuration is
intentional, the constant message popups may become annoying. For this reason, a method of turning the message
box (but not the logged error) is available. Find (or have the user find) the executable OverflowWarning.exe in the
same directory as the Server executable. Run it, and you will see a dialog box showing the current status of the
warning (turned on or off - by default it will be on). Use the "Turn Warning Off" button to turn it off, or "Turn
Warning On" to turn it back on. This executable can be run at any time, and the saved settings will affect all
subsequent downloads.

NOTE: This must be done on the machine that the Server runs on, or it will have no effect. Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.
