Can anyone breifly go over the configuration to put a remote office on the centralized voicemail? I have 5 offices all running the same version of 4.2.(14)and they all are in a small comunity network. Now I want to set up centralized voicemail and my question is... do I need licenses on each machine? is it as easy as pointing the voicemail to the right line toward the office with the voicemail system?

You only need licenses on one location
I usually do this on the most busy site

The other systems will have the voicemail set to centralized and set the line to the line id of the main site

If you need more then four channels on a site then you need to have more licenses on the main site
