Morning,
Searched the threads and nothing found. What is the Avaya application that allows an admin to change the password for all applications and systems? Customer wants the ability to login to one application and push the changes to all equipment. 7.0.1.3 POD FX.

Thank you,

None that I know of. Either you use a mix of SMGR and Control Manager where you have granular RBAC from within those apps themselves, but I've never seen anything log in to all CMs/AAMs/etc and manage local accounts.

I mean, you're kind of talking about LDAP integration :)

kyle555,
Correct it would have to use LDAP. I thought Avaya came out with something within the last year that does this. I guess Nortel had this (UCM) and the Nortel customers moving to Avaya want the same.

Well, System Manager does that.

You may be able to get this with Starfish or one of the other provisioning applications such as Second Nature (forget their new name).

Thank you Jimbo. I'm still looking into this with Avaya. Will post if they come back with anything.
