Central Management Server not starting

I just installed new BOE XI R2, when i am trying to start Central Management Server, it starts and stops immediately.

What could be the problem?

Are you saying the "service", will not run on the server. To get to CM, you need to come in thru a web address.

Go to the Event Viewer and look for errors in the Central Management Server service. This should give you a good idea as to what the problem is.

Hi,
As hilfy indicates, the Event Viewer should show you the problem..My guess is an inability to connect to the database used for it.
