Hi,

I have a problem that's driving me insane! I have an graphic inside a layout cell. The graphic is 145 pixels wide, but the smallest the layout cell can be is 146 pixels wide. If i try to set it to 145, it says that "it will make cell smaller than its minimum size." I've made sure that there aren't any spaces or anything around the graphic, but that doesnt help. i need it snugged right up to it because just changing the background color won't helo. has anyone else had this problem?

Hello Hildegoat!

Who said "it will make cell smaller than its minimum size"? DW? First time hear about it...

Don't listen to any "voice" and set width you need (145px). You can even make width smaller, even 1 pixel, but image will move cell borders to fit image's size.

Good Luck!

Matt,

In regards to the 'layout cell' are you talking a table that is a 1 row x 1 column cell or is your layout cell actually part of the layout table you are using for your page like the code below?

<table width=&quot;145&quot; border=&quot;0&quot; cellspacing=&quot;0&quot; cellpadding=&quot;0&quot;>
<tr>
<td><img src=&quot;c:\\images\test145pix.gif&quot; width=&quot;145&quot; height=&quot;50&quot;></td>
</tr>
</table>

You need to make sure you have your cellspacing set to &quot;0&quot; in your properties inspector. This is the only thing I can think of. Let me know if I'm going down the right track or if I'm way off and I can help you more.
