CDR Setup

Is there a document or guide somewhere for a full CDR setup? I know I have CDR installed and turned on but do not know how to obtain the report or make sure it is capturing the call data.

CDR outputs one of the TTY ports. You do not have that port assigned from what I can tell.

You have to turn on the CDR in the CDB which you have. Then you need to build a tty port with cty assigned and then put that port # under PORT in the CDB. Then you need to turn it on in the routes.
