Hi,
I have my S8300 server running CM 3. I have my call accounting via TCP/IP. One time my call accounting went down and the next day it was up and the CDR in that downtime didnt appear in my call accounting. It should appear right because there should be a buffer. How can I retrieve those call logs in that particular downtime?
