CDR on multiple appearance DNs

How can I know who's calling an international number from a multiple appearance extension? If I'm not mistaken, even though it showed the destination number, CDR record could not tell you who's calling since it only show DN but not TN. Is there any other way to find this out?

Call Records from a TN are always "booked" to the TN's KEY 00 DN. If there are multiple TNs with the same KEY 00, then the only way to identify what TN made the call is to set AXID=YES in the CDR_DATA

Oops, forgot: AXID=YES changes the CDR record so that it includes the DN ~and~ the TN.

Your CDR Software must know how to interpret the extra info though. Most do.

Thanks GHTROUT. I do not have CDR software so I just set up the TTY port with user of CTY and turn on CDR on the routes. Then set CLS ICDA and CMDA for those phones (multiple appearance) that I want to monitor. For output, I can either connect a printer to a TTY port or connect the PC with Procomm to capture CDR output to a file.

Do I miss anything?

You're not missing anything if you're getting the call records you need

If you're not getting what you need, look at LD21 CDR_DATA as I posted. That's the one datablock you didn't mention.
