CDR on MCR line

I have a small group of users that share an MCR line. It is an emergency help desk line. The problem is that I don't see any data in my CDR records for this number. It is on key 2 on each phone. Will the CDR be associated with the Prime Line (key 0)? I need a way to see how may calls are coming into this line.
