We use a third-party CDR solution to capture call data from an Option 61C running 3.0. The vendor complained recently that the call records are being corrupted by bad data. I looked at a sample file and saw that what he called corruption is actually the midnight routine. Any idea why that data would be captured as part of the call records?

LD's 34, 36, 37, 38, 43, 45, 60, 135, 137 are running in the midnight routine.

Thanks,
Gary

Check that the TTY port that is used for CDR is programmed as USER CTY only.
If it has MTC or BUG you will get unwanted stuff.

You're right - that port is CTY MTC. I'll change it. I appreciate the help.

Thanks
Gary

ld 22
prt adan tty x with x=to the cdr tty

make the change in load 17

chg
adan
chg tty x
then use xmtc or xbug or xtrf
to remove the unwanted reports going to that printer
