Is this possible?
I have:
Clients ringing ***8797
This arrives to Meridian Option 11 Rel 22
then it enters a Group Hunt:
PLDN 8797, Linear
4 users (3820's)and last is Voicemail 7000.
(voicemail box is 8797)
We have a provider who stores all the CDR records and then makes them available over the web.
I searched for 8797 and an incoming external answered and retrieved 32 records for the year.
The users report that they receive 10 calls a day on this so what's going on?
Could it be that the CDR only shows when call is sent to Voicemail?
