CDR for S8300 serial connection? 1

Is it possible to make CDR's serial connection on S8300? I guess I can use USB port(s) for this, but I would like to check...

The S8300 can only send CDR information over IP. You will need a terminal server to get a serial connection. Like the IOLAN+.

I second that. We also use the IOLAN 104 that ties into a NICE Logger and I believe that it is the recommended product from Avaya.
