Is there anyway to see raw data from the switch? I'm looking for the ANI of an incoming call which occured this AM. My Call Accounting is not set to capture the incoming data on the call records and I'm wondering if there is anyway I can pull it from the G3 ver 11. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Connect a printer to aux port and cha sys CDR - primary output PRINTER. You may need to play with some of the settings, but this should work. Unfortunately though, I don't believe there is any way to retrieve past calls from the Definity. This will work on a go-forward basis.

Avaya has a free app that will pull the data into a txt file. It's not perfect and will require some parsing -- but it does work and it's free.
