I'm not that familiar with the Option 11C, I ned to connect a TTY port to a call buffer box for call accounting, where is this physical connection? And is it a 9 pin or 25 pin connector?

it's a db 9, and you'll need to build the tty in load 17..

check and see if you have "cdr" in the customer data block set to yes , you will have to add the tty port number in the cdr data block

25 pin. Take the cab door off look below inside on left hand side you will see a cable coming out with 3 connections 0 , 1 and 2 I would use port 2.

in LD 17 youll need to make sure user is set to CTY,TRF.

if still not working check LD 15 and make sure CDR_Data is configured.

good luck

Thanks, I did already set up my Adan and also TTY port 2 for CDR. I just wasn't sure where the physical connection was, thanks eveyone....

your right, duh, that is a rj 21, 25 pin connector on the cable, another place to check is the routes, make sure that cdr is =to yes on each of the routes you need a report on. i don't add traffic to my dcr report, but if your software will translate it, it is a good tool
