I have been attempting to set up the best method for looking at CDR reports for calls transfered to an EC 500 extension for Dr.s who are "on-call". Can anyone suggest the best System CDR format for identifying an incoming call that has been tranferred off prem, and answered by an EC 500 extension?

Thank You!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what resources you have available to you, but we have a Pollcat III datasafe which logs call detail on a station basis, both incoming and outbound. The Xmobile station that you are using with the person's desk phone has a CDR privacy field on the station form that you can flag y or n. If you add this station to your Call Detail device and keep the defaul 'n' on the CDR detail, you should be able to get a peg count of calls to that station. If you use soft numbers for Xmobile it would be easier to assume that the peg count is accurate for EC500 calls routing off-net. Just a thought.

Right now I am only looking at the raw data using hyperterminal. I imported this to Excel and can read it fine, but I cannot be sure which incoming call record matches which record that was transfered to, and answered by the off-net ec500 station. Ideally, I would like to match each incoming call record with an outgoing record that shows the transfer was complete, and the duration of the off-net call.
